Frasers Hospitality (FH) is an acclaimed hospitality brand that has been voted World’s Leading Service Apartment nine times in a row. FH manages luxurious serviced apartments and hotel residences in prime locations across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia.
Their world-class residential amenities and services cater to the needs of both business and leisure travellers, offering elegant suites and modern residences, and stunning hotels that provide unforgettable experiences.
The Challenge
To prepare for the post-Covid situation and the easing of travel restrictions, the Client wants to gear up its publicity drive to attract more guests to their properties.
Our goal was to provide the Client with a comprehensive transcreation solution and to ensure that the content was not only accurately translated but also culturally adapted to make them engagingly relevant to the target audience.
The IPPWORLD Solution
We oversaw the implementation and management of respective language-specific project teams and are required to simultaneously transcreate and localise the Client’s website content into 15 major languages, including Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, and German.
This involved seamlessly integrating respective localised content into the Client’s AEM content management system, as well as conducting rigorous proofing and consistency quality checks for each language version.
In addition to website content, our project teams also handled the transcreation and localisation of the Client’s CRM materials, sales brochures, fact sheets, and other collaterals.
The Results
We completed our transcreation and localisation of over half-million words within a record time of eight weeks. This enabled Frasers Hospitality to effectively launch multiple language versions of their revamped content, just as travel restrictions were being lifted.
