The Challenge
Como Hotels & Resorts aimed to strengthen its brand presence, as well as connect and engage with high-end travellers around the world. To achieve this, they sought IPPWORLD for its expertise in creative translation and localisation of their marketing content into respective target languages.
The goal was to increase awareness, engagement and to drive direct bookings from a variety of developed markets.
IPPWORLD’s challenge was to tailor their content to the unique cultural nuances and linguistic preferences of its target audiences. Ultimately, to reach out in a more personalised and evoking approach in-line with their global marketing campaigns.
The IPPWORLD Solution
To effectively assist the Client, our respective language project teams first gained an understanding of their unique selling points for each destination.
The assigned project teams provided customised transcreation solutions for their website pages, localising content into Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, French, German, Russian and Spanish.
As their English website was developed on Drupal CMS, we worked closely with their appointed digital agency, as well as assisted in the backend sorting and administration of respective language content folders.
We performed online quality assurance checks on content integrity for respective language versions till the full website is ready for live publishing.
Our multilingual localisation support extends beyond the website to include CRM materials, in-room directories, spa, food and beverage services, F&B menus, press releases and fact sheets, to ensure a consistent brand voice across all customer-relation touchpoints.
