The Challenge
With a focus on expanding its brand presence in key markets, the Client recognised the importance of language support in their marketing efforts.
We were privileged to partner with the Client to help build and strengthen its brand in China, Indonesia, and Japan.
The IPPWORLD Solution
To expand the Client’s reach in those markets, we provided comprehensive transcreation and content localisation for their website and CRM materials such as in-room directories, sales brochures, fact sheets, etc.
This involved creatively adapting related content into Simplified Chinese, Bahasa Indonesian, and Japanese languages.
After each language content was approved, we seamlessly integrated it into the Client’s Sitecore content management system. Additionally, we performed thorough online inspections and quality checks to ensure the content’s integrity before the website went live.
The Results
Our customised approach helped Far East Hospitality to successfully launch targeted brand marketing campaigns in each of those countries, reaching a wider audience as well as strengthening its brand presence in the region.
