Dear Esteemed Clients,
How have you been? I hope you’re keeping well and safe during such unforeseen times.
The onslaught of the coronavirus pandemic has literally paralysed global businesses, ourselves included, as well as the communities around the world. In such times, our hearts go out to anyone who may have been medically or financially affected, and not forgetting the many healthcare workers who are on the frontline fighting this invisible enemy.
Indeed, we are all facing a truly unprecedented situation, one that could potentially change the way we live and work.
Like everyone else, our company is not spared from the immense financial pressures and uncertainties during these troubling times.
Notwithstanding the situation, our management would like to reassure you that we are not taking any chances that may compromise the health and safety of our colleagues.
While we “bite-the-bullet and plod on”, we have also adapted to remain fully operational and to keep our services intact and viable.
With the support of our existing TMS (translation management system), a cloud-based file sharing platform, and all our administration and project teams working from the safer confinement of their respective homes, these measures allow us to assist you with continued and uninterrupted support on the services that we offer.
During the next couple of months, we have also put in place discounted rates which are across our transcreation (creative translation) and content localisation work scopes. It is our small way to try to reciprocate, in view of the tightened business transactions that everyone is experiencing in the months ahead.
On behalf of all of us at IPPWORLD, we thank you for using our services and will always remain fully committed as your preferred content localisation vendor. Together, we are confident that we will all persevere, and to come back even stronger when the pandemic is finally over.
If there’s anything else that we can do or assist, please do not hesitate to reach out to me any time at email@example.com.
Above all, please stay home, wash your hands frequently, be healthy and be safe.
Global Business Director
