Requirements
FRF needs to manage a range of publicity and training information for operations performed by their respective franchisees around the world, including; China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Thailand. Information includes manuals, handbooks, checklists and training procedures on interactive media. There is also information involving change of procedures to be released to specific countries or across the region at very short notice. FRF has strict policies on content quality and confidentiality of proprietary information. These are to be centrally processed, tracked and distribution controlled to respective franchisees.
Response
Collaborating as a virtual department, IPPWORLD worked closely with FRF's HQ (the information source) and their Asia Pacific offices. Project strategies, timelines for development phases and budgets were evaluated and identified.
- Conducted research on audience demographics and cultural competencies; developed tactical project delivery approach strategies, identified and sourced respective development team's capacity and technical skills.
- Trained and assembled dedicated team members specific to FRF's development requirements. Respective teams consist of Project Analyst, Delivery Manager, Translators, Editors, Artists, Application Programmers, Interactive Media Designers, Print and Replication Specialists, Quality Assurance Specialists, Data Warehousing and Document Distribution Coordinators.
- Extracted information into Content Management Systems (CMS) and managed CMS for content variants and dedicated terminology.
- Developed relational databases for technical jargon and terms specific to FRF's operations and unique to each country's environment.
- Launched advanced content translation and integration processes for various delivery platforms. Managed content databases sensitive to currency, access authorization and confidentiality.
- Implemented information adaptive strategies for content accuracy and presentation quality, consistency with corporate concept and design elements, editorial appropriateness, prepress graphics and print-ready artwork.

Requirements
HMC produces a variety of publicity and product information, such as; brochures, periodicals, presentations, technical data sheets, onsite worksheets, checklists, forms and training contents. These are needed to support their business in China, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Thailand.
Response
HMC engages IPPWORLD as a virtual department working closely with HMC's HQ and their regional offices. Development requirements were identified for respective target countries needs, and activities include:
- Research on audience demographics and cultural competencies. Identified tactical project and delivery approach strategies, translation resource, capacity and technical skills.

- Performing advanced content translation and integration processes for respective delivery platforms. Managed content databases sensitive to linguistic peculiarities, currency and confidentiality.
- Implementing adaptation and transformation of technical content, including standardization of corporate concept and design, content quality and editorial appropriateness, scripting, testing and debugging interactive assets, finalizing prepress graphics and print-ready artwork.
- Managing offset printing, replication, packaging and logistics of publicity and training materials for regional markets. Providing centralized coordination on administration and distribution activities.

NSM needs to manage a range of corporate publicity and consumer materials including educational courseware, handouts, product catalogues and staff handbooks. There are regular training seminars and global conferences held at various venues around the world. NSM has internally developed source materials in English that require localization and preparation for distribution to markets in the Asia Pacific region, including China, Korea and Thailand inline with specific programs for respective countries.

To manage a range of corporate publications and consumer product information, including pre-sales catalogues, technical specification sheets, reseller training materials, after-sales surveys and customer responses. GAM requires IPPWORLD to collaborate with their appointed Customer Loyalty Agency on developments for various materials and campaign launches for their Asia-Pacific markets, including China, Hong Kong, Korea and Taiwan. Respective information is to be managed in strict confidentiality and to be ready for distribution within controlled timelines for respective country's programs.
